GoogleI honestly can’t thank Craig & Lisa enough. Being part of a chain, they had to manage our sale in some difficult circumstances and a stubborn property market amidst a cost of living crisis and increasingly difficult circumstances for buyers & sellers. Their patience and calm were a huge comfort and we are very grateful. They have a real personal touch and deserve every success

GoogleI contacted Move On following a quick google search and booked a free valuation for the following day. Craig was friendly, informative and knowledgeable and I agreed to use the business to sell my property. Both Craig and Lisa were very helpful and approachable throughout; assisting me in also organising a surveyor to complete the home report and a solicitor to handle the sale. I had absolutely no idea that within TEN DAYS of first contacting Move On my property would be sold! Delighted with the service, marketing and assistance of selling my property; and would highly recommend to anyone considering a house move.

They are highly professional, organised and go the extra mile to help clients and took on all the work leasing with Lettings and Solicitors which made it a relaxing experience. Craig & Lisa have effortlessly guided us through both buying a bigger house and selling our home during an extremely turbulent time within the housing market. As a small family business, the care and attention we received was exemplary; particularly knowing how sentimentally attached we are to our home and making the selling process as seamless as possible. GoogleCraig and Lisa have been wonderful in every respect, from providing photos and video of the house to selecting viewers for our property. Their attentive follow up on each interested party proved beneficial towards the final acceptable sale which met our requirements to a tee. Regular calls with updates and advice on marketing / selling the property reassured us that we had chosen the right estate agent to sell the property. GoogleMove on came highly recommended to me by a friend and I knew instantly I made the right choice. The service provided did not fail to deliver. My experience was 1st class from start to finish. The effort made with all aspects of the sale was personal and consistent throughout the process. I was able to reach Craig & Lisa whenever I needed and all my concerns were handled promptly and with care. Craig and Lisa were always happy to go over and above to help me when ever required. I cannot recommenced their services enough and wish to give a massive thank you to them both for making the traditionally stressful selling a property process smooth and very straightforward.

GoogleMy partner and I have been renting for a number of years with a few different agencies/private landlords, and the team at Move On have by a mile been the most down to earth, easy to get hold of, understanding bunch! So nice to have an Agency that are understanding, proactive but also just genuinely nice people. GoogleReading down the positive reviews I am incredulous it's as if they're discussing a completely different company. Worst experience with a lettings agent I have ever had from beginning to end. I would say avoid at all costs and avoid yourself catastrophic stress.

I've got to say that if it hadn't been for these ladies, being an overseas landlord would have been a total nightmare. I can't believe the amount of time and effort, and the extra mile that the Move On team have gone for me over the years since I've been their customer. Christine, Sharon, and all the team have been absolutely phenomenal, and I can't thank them enough for their service.
