The level of Craig's photography was very professional which resulted in my house selling within one week with plenty of viewings which is offered for self viewings or their assistance ! Extremely happy with the full service and would highly recommend this family owned business.

GoogleScammers and Unfair to Tenants Ignore the positive reviews, Move On Rentals is an absolute nightmare for tenants. They are total scammers who consistently look for ways to scapegoat you, blame you for their own issues, and nickel-and-dime you at every turn. My experience with them was nothing short of infuriating. Despite always paying rent on time, leaving my room spotless, and causing no damage, they unfairly deducted money from my deposit for bogus reasons. Their property maintenance is a complete joke. The front door is designed in a bizarre way, it locks automatically when shut, so if you accidentally leave your keys inside, you’re stuck. They never provided spare keys and had the audacity to claim no one had ever been locked out before, even though my previous flatmate was forced to spend an entire night in the kitchen after getting locked out. The appliances were a disaster. They provided a faulty oven and tried to pin the blame on me when it stopped working. The refrigerator was no better, it constantly froze food, turning everything icy. Instead of fixing it, they expected tenants to manually clear out the ice buildup. The heating situation was equally appalling. The house was freezing, yet Move On Rentals had the nerve to claim it was “warm enough” while we were shivering. Clearly, we tenants living in the house know better than the agency sitting in their office. They take zero responsibility for maintaining their properties and will do anything to squeeze extra money out of you. Save yourself the headache and avoid Move On Rentals at all costs, they are unprofessional, unfair, and outright exploitative.
Dear Wasif, we are sorry to read your review. Without going into all the details, your deposit was referred to the Scheme's adjudicator who mediated the deductions. The freezer ice up was due to the amount of food inside the freezer and the door not being able to be closed - this is not the responsibility of someone else to clear the ice. The doors are fire doors and should close behind you, if you fail to take your keys with you then this is your error and your responsibility. Move On take pride in helping all our tenants where we can. We do wish you all the best in your next home.

GoogleFantastic service, Craig and Lisa were really efficient and arranged lots of viewings for my property. I could always get a hold of him, unlike other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend Move On. Fees were very reasonable, and I could not fault the service they provided. I would recommend Move On over other larger estate agents as they provide a personal transparent service throughout. Thank you so much for all your help throughout my property sale. You took so much stress out of the selling process.

GoogleWhere do I start! 2 weeks after move in to my home, Sharon deserves the biggest recognition. With a very COMPLEX sale and purchase, which caused sad & happy tears over the weeks and months. I need to say the biggest thanks to Sharon for helping push things through when things looked dull and a dream out of reach. This is going above & beyond. From the moment we viewed the house, we knew it was for us & Sharon did a wonderful job, accommodating our work hours for viewings, putting across our offer and ensuring we could turn the key in time for the 31st March deadline. If you need to sell or purchase - you won't be disappointed with the service. All staff were friendly & chatty on key collection.

GoogleMoving home is never an easy process, and even worse when it entails moving country as well. Throughout the process of finding an apartment and then filling in all the necessary documents, Move On and in particular Beth and Chemene made a difficult task much easier by providing patient and professional help.

I can highly recommend Craig for knowledge and experience; moving house can be stressful; this wasn't the case with Move On. GoogleWe used Moveon for 2 years whilst renting a property in Bournemouth. Moveon were so pleasant to deal with, if ever we had an issue it was sorted quickly. Mandy in particular was so great and really looked after us! Would really recommend using Moveon, it is clear customer service is important to them!
