GoogleI am very pleased with the service I have received from Move on. I have so far dealt with Gina the general manager and Kayley with the day to day runnings of the rental side of things. Kayley is polite, communicative and gets the job done. I have no hesitation in recommending 'Move on' to landlords.

GoogleI have been renting with Move On for just over a year and I cannot fault them. They are always professional, yet human at the same time. Fortunately I’ve not encountered any major problems but with regards to minor maintenance issues they have resolved them quickly and ensured tenant satisfaction is always met.

GoogleWhen I was looking for accommodation in Poole, I discovered that Move On had exactly the kind of property I was looking for which is an en-suite and was within my Budget. I was unable to make progress because I was informed that I needed a Guarantor because I was on probation for my new job this really put me off and I had to force myself to move in to where did not suit me, it took me only 2 days of moving in to start looking for another accommodation and I had to contact move On again. After some discussions and assurances, move On was able to arrange view for one of the properties which was exactly what I was looking for. From this point, it was very good communication and experience. I have moved in into one of the properties and would highly recommend move On to any professional looking for accommodation. I had to withdraw 1 star because of the insistence that I get a guarantor the first time, but on the general very good and reliable experience

I find Kayley Watkins, their Property Consultant very professional , friendly and polite on her approach. Always ready to answer and explain in detail any of my questions. Without a doubt, I would happily recommend their services.

GoogleI am so appreciative of MoveOn in buying and letting properties. The team communicate well and understand my needs as a landlord and those of my tenants. From the first time I contacted MoveOn I have dealt with people who are knowledgeable, courteous, polite and friendly. They are always on top of matters and keep me informed of what needs to be done. Would not dream of using any other company. Absolutely fantastic !!!!

GoogleFound the Move On team friendly, reliable and approachable. In particular Savannah was very good and never got tired of taking my calls with questions and having the answers. The speed with which they helped us sort out our new home and get the keys was brilliant. Would definitely move with them again.

GoogleWe have just renewed our tenancy with Move on and so far I am very happy with the way they have dealt with us, they've been especially understanding of our money situation at the moment what with just having a newborn. Everyone we have dealt with have been lovely, but I would especially like to thank Kayley, she's comes across as very friendly whilst also maintaining a good level of professionalism, she really is a joy to talk to!

GoogleNever had any problems renting through Move On. They were mega friendly, helpful and such lovely people. When I had a problem with the boiler, they were all over it to get it sorted. My only complaint was there was a damp problem in the back room of the property. So bad the plaster was falling off the wall! - I used a dehumidifier for the whole year, and despite them recognising the issue, failed to recompense me for the electricity this used. Always promising me the woman in charge woul dcall me back... I ended up re plastering the wall before I left in order to get my deposit back. But I suspect the problem would have returned the following year.

GoogleWe decided to let our flat and contacted Move-On Rentals. Whilst their representative was visiting the flat and taking particulars, her phone went, a client was available to view the flat. Upon viewing, the client agreed to take it. Everything was then handled by Move-On's amazing team, totally professional, and extremely competent. Well done, I would recommend Move-On to anyone looking to let a property in the Poole area.

GoogleAs a landlord I have used Move On Lettings for some years now and have always found them to be helpful and professional. Any issues, and I'm sure all tenants and landlords occasionally have problems, have been dealt with quickly and fairly. There is always a member of staff available when I need to speak to someone. GoogleExpect an unfair amount to be taken from your deposit when you move out even if you arguably left many things in the property in a better state than when you moved in. Make sure to clean the soap box on the washing machine because apparently that's a big no no and grounds to charge at least an hour for a cleaner, as is accidentally leaving some pizza trays in the oven. Even though you may have spent over an hour cleaning the oven beforehand ..that'll be another hour for the cleaner! Leaving a bottle of bleach in the bathroom ..you are a terrible human being, another hour for them to toss it in the bin for you! Stains that were present all over the kitchen before you moved in, that'll be yet more hours for the cleaner. The use of this cleaner amounted to over £100 being taken from my deposit ..You'd think with these prices the cleaner must be raking it in ..but clearly not making that much money, because this "cleaner" doesn't even have a VAT number, nor a proper invoice (so, who knows how many hours was ultimately charged by this cleaner). Proof that the cleaner did this work was also never provided, despite promised. The deposit dispute system is a complete farce, and given the landlords are their customer ..they're never going to side with you so I'd advise not bothering!
Dear Barry, I am sorry you feel this way. At Move On we try to be as transparent as possible, hence we routinely come out to a property prior to them leaving to explain what will be expected. Along with this you are given a check list. Sometimes, unfortunately, we have to use the dispute service where an amicable solution cannot be resolved. The external dispute service is extremely fair and will only make a decision on factual evidence, I can assure you they do not side with any party. Regards Sharon Canning
