GoogleHaving dealt with Shelley and Dan at the Deal branch. I found them to be very friendly and helpful with a very quick response to all my emails and phone calls. It was just unfortunate that Covid raised it's ugly head and caused our transaction to go "Pear shaped". A situation beyond their control.

In comparison to other local estate agents we felt more confident using their agents, never pressured or hassled, and never refused viewings at properties because we hadn't used their in house services first. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleConstantly got details wrong, wrong prices, for the proptery we were using them for, just overrall a compleltely unorganised service. We constantly had to chase them up for basic information that was normally wrong anyway.
