I’m hugely impressed by Miles and Bare. Steve W was a breath of fresh air, very personable, engaging and professional with deep knowledge of the housing industry. Shelley Webster was the co-ordinator for both our house sale and purchase, both of which were arranged through Miles and Barr. In all our dealings with Shelley she was very kind, caring and understanding as well as extremely professional. We felt very safe in her hands and knew that she would go above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan. She gave us regular updates and followed up with us personally to ensure we had received all necessary information. When we asked questions she responded with answers very promptly, thus ensuring that our house sale and purchase went through smoothly and according to plan. We were extremely impressed and touched by this. Miles and Barr are very lucky to have an employee like Shelley working for them and we would certainly use Miles and Barr again based on our experience with Shelley.
