GoogleJohn is goal-oriented knows his market, this resulted in a rapid sale of our student accommodation / HMO at slightly higher sale price than other had suggested. He and his team are proactive in arranging accompanied viewings and responded to my requests quickly and accurately. He is not afraid of politely chasing purchasers solicitors if they appear to be dragging their feet. I whole heartily recommend John and his Mighty House Team.

At no point has John been pushy, he has just guided me with professionalism and knowledge and been kind and helpful throughout. John has gone the extra mile (literally...to Morecambe on numerous occasions) to make the sale go as smoothly as possible. Wouldn't have been the same without Mighty House and I wouldn't hesitate to call them if I was selling my own house. At one point during my purchase it all seemed to be going pear shaped and I thought I was going to have no choice but to pull out. GoogleI recently used Mighty House to rent out my flat in Lancaster. I did have a few problems initially with lack of communication, but I spoke to Isobel and she gladly sorted everything out for me, and went above and beyond to help me. I couldn't be more grateful

GoogleAfter several decades with my property with a "nationwide" organisation, finally got fed up with lousy service, high prices and tenant gouging. Mighty House, despite the slightly silly name, have been brilliant. They seem to really care, respond quickly to any issue, problem, difficulty, etc ... and costs are very reasonable. In my opinion, worthy of six stars.

GoogleJust a note to say how very happy we are with the service provided to us by the team at Mighty House. We are landlords with two student let properties at Lancaster-we initially started with one house for our daughter who was at University there. As we were new to the market with the first property we relied heavily on Peter who gave us great practical advice on the student let process. This continued with the second property and again Peter's advice was invaluable particularly relating to the renovations required and the specific requirements for student houses. We have had contact with most of the staff at Mighty House and find them to be very genuine, friendly and helpful and all the requests made by ourselves or our tenants have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. A special mention for Isobel who goes 'above and beyond' in her efforts to assist both the tenants and landlord and is a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAwful company. Happy to take 230 pound from me for an application fee, and somehow, combined earning 6 times the monthly rent, they refused us the property. Even though when viewing the house, we were told we earned more than enough. Awful.

Dear Mr Ger, we are sorry to read your review. You applied for a tenancy with a friend. After 8 days of agreeing to take rent the house, we had only received part of the information you were required to provide. You spoke on the telephone to a member of the Mighty House team about progress with your application and were informed that with the information provided, the application would not be successful. You did not give us chance to explain what would be required to make your application successful before you put the phone down part the way through the conversation. We only take applications if we are pretty confident they will succeed. We would also point out that the information you had informed us had been posted last week still has not been received.
