We’re very grateful for all the support from Tilly and the team over the past two years. When we first arrived in Lancaster, it's really hard for us to rent an apartment, and we tried to contact so many real estate agent. Mighty House Estates were absolutely perfect when I had a huge life change and wanted to rent in Lancaster. Tilly was the one who welcomed me and provided all the information and updates and even popped back for viewing when I was exiting at the end of my tenancy. All very friendly bunch, the maintenance team are friendly and efficient and always happy to advise and help too. Brilliant company, especially compared to others I'd tried to rent with before finding Mighty House. Loved my little flat for 7 months until another big life change, can't recommend them enough!

What an amazing experience! Karen was absolutely brilliant! Very experienced, informative professional and friendly. The meeting was followed up by email which contained everything we needed to know and more. They certainly know there stuff. We will be marking our house with them for sure! I would highly recommend this company. I look forward to meeting the rest of the team at Might House who I have heard nothing but great things about. We are now in our new home and the whole process was made so much easier because of Might House and the Amazing staff that went over and above for us! We are so glad we went with them. They maybe a lot more expensive than other estate agents but we know from our experience it’s well worth it. There advertising of properties is so much better and they have obviously invested heavily in the equipment to make properties stand out to potential buyers. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of putting their property on the market. And they have now opened a shop in Morecambe on Victoria Street as well as the one in Lancaster. I spoke to one of the staff called Greg over the phone and he was so helpful and signposted me to various areas where I could get more help and support towards buying our first house. We’ve been a tenant with Mighty House for 6 months, and just renewed for another 6. Beccy and Emma have been really friendly, and responsive, I didn’t expect estate agents to be this good. They’ve been very helpful with the whole move-in process, and they’ve liaised with the landlord quickly about any maintenance issues and made sure they’ve promptly been fixed. We highly recommended Mighty House, and we hope when we need another property, they’ll be the ones to have it. Thank you Beccy, Emma, and team. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with Becky quail at Mighty House….She was amazing from the very start.. Within 2 days ,my property had been photographed, videoed and put on their website, and 2 appointments made to see it…I couldn’t believe how quick everything happened .!!!! She was extremely professional and such a lovely lady…She took all the worries away ,about sorting any paperwork out and what I needed to do next…..
