I have to say mighty house have been brilliant from start to finish, especially Lisa who has dealt with everything for us and kept us informed regularly. People say buying and selling is stressful but it really doesn’t need to be with the right team behind you. Take their advice on solicitors and financial advisors and you won’t go wrong. Sarah, Karen, Alex and Lucas, and the rest of the team at Mighty House did a fantastic job getting my house sold. I had never sold a house before, so was pretty unsure about the whole process, but they were great at providing me with regular updates and answering all my questions. They got me more viewings than I imagined was possible and I was getting offers on the house within a few days of the house going on the market. I would have no hesitation recommending Mighty House.

We just sold a property through Mighty House today and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to the WHOLE team! Every single person (even in the lettings team!) went above and beyond their duties to make this sale happen. There were some complications with the title on the property and a lot of paperwork as it was two HMOs into one. The Mighty House team, supported us unconditionally throughout the process. I have only good things to say. I also would like to commence them on their team work. This is just an outsider view, but everyone in the office knew what was going on and it was a joy to not have to repeat myself. Tracey, Jason, Greg, John and everyone else you guys are rockstars! It’s been great dealing with Mighty House Sales team. Greg and John were extremely helpful; they not only provided sales assistance but spent time with me to first understand the long term goal, budget, risk appetite and based on that suggested various properties. With each property they explained the pros and cons in detail, how value could be added to the property, potential risks and best tenancy options. They also provided refurbishing estimates on request. Amanda regularly followed up with the solicitors to ensure the sale was on track and any potential issues were promptly resolved. The sales team was available whenever I had a question or required assistance, and very prompt in responding to calls and emails. On certain occasions when I could not travel to view a property, they provided a video walkthrough. They truly believe in going the extra mile for their clients.

Speaking as a house buyer we were very happy with the service from Mighty House. We bought our first house back in 1970 and bought and sold a good few since.I would say dealing with Mighty House has been the best experience from any estate agent.Initial viewing with Greg Clifford was relaxed and not rushed. Questions were answered promptly. If he didn't have the answer he would find it and get back quickly. Gregs a bloke easy to get along with.All the staff I had contact with in person or on the phone were friendly and helpful Our purchase was complicated slightly because probate was involved but I think the staff did all they could to move things along.On the one occasion I met the seller I got the impression he was also happy with Mighty House. Yes I would recommend Mighty House.

The Mighty House Team is made up of several departments. The best member of the team by far is Beccy! Beccy listened to us about some issues that had been identified on the initial viewing that were promised to be rectified before we moved in, but we’re not dealt with. This failure was down to another department. Beccy however, saw these issues and put a repair plan in place to solve them. It was a shame that we had to leave before benefitting but we are happy that the next tenant didn’t have to suffer as we did. If it wasn’t for Beccy Mighty House would only get 1 star. If the maintenance team and previous tenant onboarding team had been as caring as Beccy Mighty House would have got 5 stars. Thank you Beccy *****

We were blessed to stay at # 18B Skipton Street in Morecambe. From the very outset, it was easy to make arrangements with Mighty House for accommodations for three weeks. How fortunate we were to have their Agents Viki Danvers and Dawn handling our accommodations. A warm welcome greeted us from the time we opened the door to the flat. Everything had been done to make us feel welcomed, including fresh flowers and tasty treats. The accommodations were lovely. During our stay, if we had any questions or concerns, the staff were readily available to assist. Our only regret is that our flat was located on the upper floor, and the steps were many to get to it. Be assured that on any future visits, we look forward to making arrangements through Mighty House. Thank you again Viki and Dawn.

John is goal-oriented knows his market, this resulted in a rapid sale of our student accommodation / HMO at slightly higher sale price than other had suggested. He and his team are proactive in arranging accompanied viewings and responded to my requests quickly and accurately. We had a few issues with our house that we weren’t able to sort ourselves due to no longer living in or near the property but Mighty House were more than happy to sort for us along with their fantastic maintenance team and did so quickly and professionally. Had the pleasure of dealing with both the letting and sales department and found both to be exceptionally helpful.
