GoogleJohn is goal-oriented knows his market, this resulted in a rapid sale of our student accommodation / HMO at slightly higher sale price than other had suggested. He and his team are proactive in arranging accompanied viewings and responded to my requests quickly and accurately. He is not afraid of politely chasing purchasers solicitors if they appear to be dragging their feet. I whole heartily recommend John and his Mighty House Team.

GoogleGreg, John and the rest of the Mighty House team were amazing. I needed to move fast to secure the property I was after. Both came round immediately and my property was listed on Right Move by lunchtime the same day and SSTC within 24 hours ! Unbelievable ! I was kept updated throughout the whole process and they made sure everything went through smoothly and swiftly. I was moved and in my new home in just 9 week. Thank you Mighty House x

GooglePhoned this company a couple of time asking about pets on there rented properties and was told "well most of our properties don't accept pets" no offer of help or taking my details found the staff really rude and unhelpful even though they tell you they've been voted best estate agent in Lancaster what a load of rubbish thanks mighty house.
Hi Gavin, I am very sorry to see your review. We do occasionally have owners who accept pets but more often than not I am afraid they specify that they do not want to have pets in their properties. We don't have your contact details and would like to make contact to see if we can help. Would you be able to call the office today before 4pm and the team will see if they can help? GoogleI recently got in touch with mighty house to market a rental property for me, they found a tennant within days, I dealt with Becky who I found to be very professional and efficient, she always answered e mails promptly and was available on the phone or in the shop to answer any questions, everything went very smoothly Definitely would use again.... GooglePeter from Mighty house came to discuss the sale of my property in South Lancaster. Peter visited my property and valued it for 60k less than the eventual selling price. Beware sellers, this is primarily an investment real-estate company out to buy your property out for a fraction of its real cost and convert it into a student rental. Glad I managed to steer clear. Phew!
Dear Rajon, we have no record of you on our database and neither Peter or any of the team here have any recollection of valuing your property. We do not believe we have done any business with you and we can see that from a response to a review you have given to another Estate Agent in Lancaster within minutes of you giving our review that they too have no recollection of dealing with you and believe your review to be false. We don’t value properties to buy them ourselves. Quite the contrary, we achieve market leading prices for our clients as proven by the many positive reviews we receive both here and on our website and the awards we have won. Your review is false and miss-leading and we would ask you to remove it immediately.
