GooglePhoned this company a couple of time asking about pets on there rented properties and was told "well most of our properties don't accept pets" no offer of help or taking my details found the staff really rude and unhelpful even though they tell you they've been voted best estate agent in Lancaster what a load of rubbish thanks mighty house.

Hi Gavin, I am very sorry to see your review. We do occasionally have owners who accept pets but more often than not I am afraid they specify that they do not want to have pets in their properties. GooglePeter from Mighty house came to discuss the sale of my property in South Lancaster. Peter visited my property and valued it for 60k less than the eventual selling price. Beware sellers, this is primarily an investment real-estate company out to buy your property out for a fraction of its real cost and convert it into a student rental. Glad I managed to steer clear. Phew!

GoogleThe Mighty House Team is made up of several departments.
The best member of the team by far is Beccy!
Beccy listened to us about some issues that had been identified on the initial viewing that were promised to be rectified before we moved in, but we’re not dealt with. This failure was down to another department.
Beccy however, saw these issues and put a repair plan in place to solve them. It was a shame that we had to leave before benefitting but we are happy that the next tenant didn’t have to suffer as we did.
If it wasn’t for Beccy Mighty House would only get 1 star.
If the maintenance team and previous tenant onboarding team had been as caring as Beccy Mighty House would have got 5 stars.
