From the initial house visit by Neil Barrett, we were then given superb service by Lorraine George, who dealt with the sale of my mum's bungalow in the most professional manner. She kept us informed every step of the way, liaised with our solicitor and kept everything on track. The depth of her local knowledge shone through. GoogleI moved agents and chose Adams and I am so very glad I did. The team is amazing, very friendly, professional, helpful and available..the phone is always answered. I cannot thank Claire, Miss Isles, Danielle and the rest of the team enough. I have dealt with a number of agents up and down the country and would say that Adams Runcorn are the best.

Google** BEWARE AND BE WARNED ** Beverley Snowden - Dishonest with the viewings. I offered a deal but because of her ego with me trying to say she wont put the offer to the client, until I challenged her saying their duty bound to put all offers to their client. She wouldn't give a email address to send written offer until she caved in.
Christian, since my initial response you have changed the content of your review. Your information in this regard is incorrect. The lady you refer to is not involved in our sales department. Trying to name and shame individuals on a review platform like this is inappropriate and can cause unnecessary distress to people. Whilst we appreciate trying to purchase a property in the current climate can be difficult, if you have a complaint, please contact us by telephone or email. We can even organise an in-person meeting to discuss your issues.

GoogleRequested to view £550k house in Lunts Heath just added. Refused a viewing even though we have nothing to sell, as they would not show us the house outside office hours (even on a Saturday). We work full time. Was told “if anything changes” to ring back. Obviously not bothered about selling the house with that attitude. Good to know when I want to sell a property in future if they are declining viewers in a position to buy.
Sorry to hear you weren't able to get a viewing on a Saturday. Whilst we do have weekend viewing availability, the slots are filling up extremely quickly at the moment. This particular property has already had a number of block viewings arranged during the week to accommodate the large number of potential buyers. Unfortunately, in a fast moving 'sellers market' is very difficult to accommodate all viewing requests whether they are agent or vendor accompanied. We wish you all the very best with your property search.

GoogleHaving managed my rental property for the last 3 years with no issues, it was an easy decision to choose Adams for the sale too. They had a fantastic customer service team that communicated at every stage of the process. Their advertising was very detailed and it showed in the amount of viewings and offers received. Their fees were very reasonable and they were even able to price match a competitor whilst offering a better service overall. I would certainly use again in the future if I am buying or selling in the area.

GoogleRecently put my house up for sale due to my original estate agents being closed down, had a bit of rough luck with my previous agent but these have been amazing so far, Liz has been a god send keeping me up to date with offers and viewings and giving me great advice when its all been a little overwhelming.
