GoogleThanks to JLL for letting me rent an apartment with full of problems and no one wants to solve the problems for me. I have to wait for a long time to receive the response from the staff and all they have done is keep letting me wait. Update: It has been more than half a year, no one fixes the problems, the agency kept letting me wait, landlord never reply. I am living in a room with a lot of broken items.

GoogleJust let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. Thank you Kate and team - I would definitely work with you again.

GoogleI have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon (Chelsea) was outstanding, especially during this COVID period. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Great Stewardship for JLL.

GoogleDreadful company. My bathroom had been like a building site for over a year and no one did anything about it, i was also left without a washing machine when that broke down. Zero customer service and the staff are clueless!

GoogleFantastic Team, so glad I went with them in the end. Wouldn’t have happened without the caring, dedicated and friendly expertise of Faye! She’s a diamond and a credit to the company. Originally I decided to go elsewhere due to fees, but Faye kept in touch to see how it was going and I spoke more with Faye than I did my actual agent at the time! The service didn’t stop when she got me either, she’s always available on the phone or email with any questions, she’s fantastic at chasing answers and won’t give up for you. She fought as hard as I did for the sale of my house, couldn’t have done it without her and the rest of the Morley team!! Thanks guys!!

Always kept in the loop , nothing too much trouble, very sensitive to our situation from Scott initially meeting us to Diane’s patience and a huge thanks to Faye for just listening, a priceless quality.
