GoogleIt's my third year with RMA now and so far the experience has been amazing! Even though I've had my shares of miscommunication in the past, my new property manager-Emily has been excellent. Recently we had an issue with our washing machine which was dealt promptly and in an efficient and professional manner. Emily has surely raised the bar high. Looking forward to more good times with RMA.

GoogleApplied to view a house, and got shortlisted for a viewing. Drove all the way out there and the estate agent no showed. They called me the minute I pulled up with excuses about having a problem with the key, and that we would have to reschedule - after I had already arrived to view the property. Totally unprofessional. I'm sick of having to rely on estate agents to get a roof over my head. They don't even have the courtesy to show up to a scheduled property viewing.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused on the day of the viewing. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the property due to an unforeseen issue with the locks, which had been changed without our knowledge. As soon as this became apparent, our team immediately contacted the office so that all scheduled viewers could be notified, and arrangements could be made to prevent any further wasted journeys. Although some viewers were already en route, our representative remained at the property to personally apologise to anyone who arrived and to provide assistance where possible. We fully appreciate that this situation was disappointing, particularly after making the effort to attend a scheduled appointment. GoogleRedbrik have been brilliant selling my property, would definitely recommend. From dealing with Nikki to start with, Kathryn during the marketing period and Andrew with the sales progression, all been great and extremely helpful and responsive. We decided to go with Redbrik as they seemed the most helpful and proactive when going to view properties to buy and this was definitely the case when we started to sell my house. They clearly have a very good working relationship with Taylor Emmet solicitors, which between them made the selling process as easy as possible from a customer point of view.

Our tenants reported a few maintenance issues which, in my experience with other agencies, usually take a long time to resolve. To our surprise, Farhan dealt with everything so promptly and efficiently that I felt compelled to leave a five-star review. Huge thanks to the RMA team for the fantastic service!

GoogleI’ve noticed a few negative reviews here, but based on my personal experience over the past three years, they don’t reflect the level of service I’ve received. In many cases, concerns seem to arise from deposit deductions due to damages, which is a standard and fair process followed by most letting agencies. From my side, everything has always been handled with complete transparency and professionalism. There are no hidden charges, and all terms are clearly explained from the beginning. As long as expectations are met, the process is smooth and straightforward.

GoogleI'm quite surprised by the negative reviews as my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent (moved into their property recently). Emily, who is responsible for this property, is very friendly, responds to questions and requests immediately, and is super helpful in general. Quite a few things were not ideal and they got addressed right away. In fact, things got fixed of which I wasn't even aware that they were broken. So far, I'm super happy with RMA!

GoogleI absolutely would recommend using Michael Anthony estate agents in Hemel to buy or sell your home. The team there is so friendly, respectful, patient, highly efficient and incredibly professional. I mainly dealt with Tom and Ian and they really did help ease so much of the stress with my complex sale and purchase right from beginning to end. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
