GoogleI was very pleased with the service I received from Michael Anthony. Steve and his colleagues were great at responding to any calls and emails I made. They also did everything they could to progress the sale of my property. I would really recommend this estate agent.

GoogleThroughout the whole process of selling my home, Michael Anthony were absolutely fantastic. My main contact was Andy and he always kept me up to date with what was going on as well as his colleague Niall. They made my house move much less stressful than I thought it would be and I would highly recommend.

GoogleInitially I felt there was a lack of communication, but I discussed my concerns with Chris Payne who listened and took them very much on board. Stephen Swindlehurst is also knowledgeable regarding the conveyancing process. Between them they managed both my sale and purchase in a professional and courteous manner.

GoogleMy partner and I have been extremely impressed with the professional service we received from Michael Anthony throughout the purchase of our property. Chris originally showed us round the property. He was knowledgeable about the house and it was refreshing to have someone there who could answer our questions and who wasn't too pushy; he got the balance just right by being authentic and genuine. From then on, we were looked after by Andy, who regularly kept in touch about the progress of the purchase. Andy couldn't have been more helpful, and made the process so easy and stress free for us. We have already recommended our old neighbours to use Michael Anthony in their sale, and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. From a buyers perspective, we couldn't expect a better service - thank you.

FacebookExtremely professional, always friendly and very responsive in all their dealings with me. Nothing was ever too much trouble. My house sale was conducted by Andrew and within a week it was sold for the asking price. Throughout the process, the support I was given by the Team was fantastic. I highly recommend using Michael Anthony to sell your home. Having previously dealt with other estate agent firms who were unresponsive, unfriendly and unprofessional when purchasing my new home, it was extremely refreshing having Michael Anthony on my side. highly recommend ! GoogleI used them to sell my house in Bletchley. The communication was good which i reaĺly appreciate but my house was under estimated which i only found out after a month. Its partly my fault too but i have no idea how this housing market works which is why i paid them huge money to sell my house but they let me down by under estimating my house by 5k. When i found out this after 4 weeks i asked for explanation why it was under estimated but i never had proper response. Since it was late in the process i just wanted to complete this and not create any more fuss so i just left it. Clearly they using some tactics to under estimate some properties. Be careful when you decide to use them and you know whats your house worth is.. dont let this estate agents to decide your house price. There are many other online agency these days who can sell your house for very little money, i paid huge amount to this estate agent just to sell my house for cheap - be careful if you decide to use them.

House sold within 4 days of going on the market, and the team quickly packaged up the multiple offers to help us make an informed decision. Were able to recommend local solicitors to use, and have kept in regular contact to help house move along. Would definitely recommend, thanks to all the team at Michael Anthony.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Colin Hawes of Michael Anthony. We were purchasing a new build property that was awaiting build completion. Due to covid and various other obstacles our timeline was rather fluid but Colin managed our situation sensitively and our buyer remained committed throughout the process. From the initial marketing of our property, which was handled extremely safely with the current covid restrictions, to the completion of the sale we felt informed, assured and confident. Colin is professional, honest and committed and we wouldn't use anyone else.
