Bought, rented and sold through PJC. They are highly professional, friendly and importantly always do what they promise they will do! The team in Port Talbot are fab. Amy and Claire in the progression team are outstanding, tirelessly working on your behalf to get your purchase or sale across the line. Great value for money too.

Firstly Sarah has a wealth of knowledge of the residential lettings market and especially in the HMO field. She really helps take away the risk that Landlords that self manage face today. Coupled with her high energy and passion for the industry she would be a pleasure for any Landlord looking for care and support in managing properties and tenants.

A first class experience from a modern, professional team, who add a personal touch. Communication has been excellent, and the whole set up - which appears to be both fashionable and innovative, challenges the traditional High Street Estate Agent, whilst maintaining all of the essentials. The marketing of property is prompt and effective, without being pushy. Upon completion today, I met Jo, who is lovely, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks Jo, to you and your team, and we wish you every success in your business in the future.

I couldn’t recommend BPS highly enough. Thank you for your support during the stressful times. You and your team are amazing. Thank you!

A big thank you to Jo and her team when acting on the sale of my house in Bridlington. Jo was very professional and enthusiastic about selling my house. Very impressed with her prompt follow up and feedback from prospective buyers. Jo managed to find the right buyers for what was a much loved family home which made the process of handing it over to new owners so much easier. Jo has an excellent knowledge of the property market - you couldn’t ask for a better combination of a digitally savvy agent with a personal touch tailor made to your requirements. All the very best for the future success of the business.

From the first meeting with Jo, it became apparent that she is a very efficient professional. This was demonstrated throughout the sale of my parents property, which was managed extremely well. As the property was empty and I live in the south of England, I relied completely on the support i received from Jo and her team, which was flawless. Communication was always polite and responses were expedited quickly. There was a lot of interest generated in the property and a sale was secured quickly. I would without hesitation recommend Jo and her team to anyone selling a property. Thank you ladies, a first class job!
