GoogleWe honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our first home, and that’s all thanks to Harry. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but Harry made everything so much easier by always keeping us informed, answering all our questions, and going above and beyond to help us every step of the way. What really stood out was how genuine and approachable he was, we never felt pressured, and he truly cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he made the entire experience exciting instead of stressful. GoogleNever thought I’d be someone to hype up an estate agent but Dallas and his team at RMJ were absolutely brilliant! The second I met Dallas I knew they’d be our agent as he didn’t fluff anything up, spoke with chest and gave me honest answers and opinions - which is exactly what I asked for. Dallas was so proactive, getting the answers our solicitors weren’t able to get, constantly applying the pressure to meet our completion date and we did! Thanks again RMJ at Walderslade, you lot smashed that!

Mark Vosper and Andrew Kerr from the selling and buying process to Kristina who looks after the interim between the seller, buyer and solicitors. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleTerrible experience with this company and I wouldn’t recommend. Spoke with an agent, Gill, who from the very beginning had an awful attitude and her responses were very unprofessional and disrespectful. Prospective customers should be treated with a level of respect and decency which is lacking at this company. You’d think they would have a basic understanding of the properties they’re selling but instead she responded to my questions as “how am I supposed to know”. Looking through the rest of the google reviews, it seems that customer service at this place isn’t the best.

We are sorry you were unhappy with our service but Gill works in Rentals and you mentioned a house to sell so which side were you dealing with and what was the nature of your issue? The vast majority of our reviews mention great customer which we pride ourselves on so we are very concerned your experience was so poor. We have since looked into this and it is a rental house and Gill did offer to find out about the queries you had after we had spoken to the landlord. You wanted the landlord's number but unfortunately we cannot disclose this information due to data protection laws. We are sorry you were so unhappy but we do not feel we could do anymore here.

GoogleWe had a positive experience selling our home with Michael Anthony. They were excellent at providing quick feedback after viewings, even on Sundays. We found them to be responsive throughout the process and very approachable. Compared to other agents, we found them to be extremely efficient but not pushy , which was a big positive for us. GoogleI have recently purchased a property and redbrik were the estate agents dealing with the sale. Andrew kept me in the loop throughout what was a very long process and maintained constant communication. When issues arose with solicitors he helped me to resolve them and drove the sale forward. Would recommend the purchase process with redbrik

Googleevery property I enquire with don't want to help me get a property do not want to help me never want to give me after you and or NothingI will report this to the council and hopefully the council can do their investigation7 years I've been looking for a house. This is absolutely wrong. Very unfair on me. But it's always me that never gets nothing.in the future, if you do not want to take me on then just say and I'll look somewhere else.definitely doesn't like me because I'm autistic. Always making excuses.very disappointed.
