GoogleWe have enjoyed an efficient and professional service from Rob Sorrentino. He was always quick to chase up feedback and proactive. We felt reassured when he took the time to keep us updated on our process and handle negotiations on our behalf. We have really appreciated his expertise. We have also been impressed with the work his colleagues have done for us, Hannah and Kate and of course Clare Goodwin for her help and sound advice with getting our house on the market.

GoogleRoss at Breckon and Breckon's Headington branch dealt with our purchase. Ross was polite, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process. He was also especially patient throughout and never chased us, which was much appreciated. Such a patient approach was a nice surprise as I have previously witnessed estate agents constantly hound all parties, which only adds to the stress of what is already a stressful process. Instead of chasing, Ross was always available to answer any silly questions or to communicate with our seller in a very timely manner. Thanks Ross and Breckon. Would recommend without reservation.

GoogleSadly I had an offer accepted by the vendor and told the property would be taken off the market. However instead of viewings being cancelled or other potential buyers being informed property was sold, I have subsequently been gazumped by another purchaser (unsure why the person would not be told that an offer had been accepted). Poor practice in my opinion.

However, on this occasion, Kwan Ngal Tsang at Michael Anthony was thoughtful, brilliant with communicating and supporting us through to a successful purchase. GoogleWould highly recommend! The whole process was quick and easy. I was regularly kept up to date by the team who were all very approachable. Also to mention, the photographer was very professional and produced some great photos! Will be using these again in the future.
