GoogleOnce again, we decided to move home just as an economic recession took hold! Michael Anthony were the local agents selected to handle to the sale of our Bletchley address. It's fair to say the team worked their socks off to find us a buyer - and succeeded :) As a result we were able to exchange & complete within 7 weeks of accepting the final agreed offer. Hats off to Emily, Colin, Ray, Derek & Romanii for all their hard work. It paid off & we're now happy Sheffield residents.

GoogleWhen I decided to sell my buy-to-let flat with tenants in situ, I went straight to Michael Anthony, Bletchley, as I'd sold through the firm previously and had received great service. I was not disappointed. Throughout the process, I found Colin and the team communicative and informative. There was always someone available to offer guidance and reassurance, which is so important, particularly when tricky issues arise. As we neared exchange and small but important things cropped up that were holding things up, Ray did a brilliant job liaising with all parties to sort these out. I absolutely recommend Michael Anthony if you're looking to sell. You'll get a fair price for your property and a great team that will see your sale through, with minimal stress to you.
