GoogleDisrespectful, condescending and disorganised staff that purposefully avoid accountability. If you’re communicating with this company, ensure there is a paper trail and avoid phone calls. They are unhelpful and highly unprofessional.

GoogleThis property company has some staff that are very rude, unorganised and also liars. Make sure you keep communication with them on email or text, so that it's on record. Kurt was not very helpful, he was condescending, and will not allow one to speak. He needs to be trained, in customer service and effective communication.

GoogleRead the reviews before conducting any business with RMA. Not to be trusted. My dealings with RMA. Kurt, the worker I had dealings with was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay... However, when it came to recovering my security deposit. Emails aren't responded to in good time. It has been nearly a full calendar month when they have a statutory 14 days to return a deposit. I am being charged for the cleaning of communal areas, which I have never used. I never did washing at the property or cooked a meal, this will be verified but those i shared with. I also moved out 5 weeks before the others renting rooms in an HMO. How do I ensure those areas are clean when I have handed back the keys. I also informed them of my need to move out early between 2 and 3 weeks ahead of time. Asking if anything wasn't up to their standard to let me know as the contract was still running. What I had was a licence to use communal areas, and in exactly the same way if I had a driving licence but never drove, not in a million years am I accepting a speeding ticket. Guaranteed they will use a ludacrisly overpriced cleaning company also. So because of this we're now in as dispute. Bitter ending

GoogleAbsolutely awful company do not use them for housing. Have never responded to rat infestations in Garden. Dirty everything. Broken carpet treads and so many more. They are impossible to yet ahold of and Robin ignores emails.

GoogleI've really enjoyed renting with RMA. They take care of the properties and communicate really well with tenants. Particularly recommend Kurt as he has been very helpful throughout the year.

GoogleThis was my first time renting a property through an agent, and I had an excellent experience with RMA. From the initial home viewing with Holly, who was friendly and informative, to the seamless handover and support from Silas Singh, the Letting Administrator, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Silas was especially helpful and responsive throughout the process, which made the whole experience stress-free. I was also really impressed with the cleanliness of the property when I moved in, it was spotless and clearly well-prepared for new tenants. A big thank you to the RMA team for making my first rental experience such a positive one!

GoogleI have been renting property through RMA for many years and they have always been responsive and helpful with any questions issues arising and sorting it promptly. Recently the boiler broke down and Silas gave me a call back after I reported the issue and the engineer arrived in less than 30mins. I have only had a good experience renting through them. Highly recommended.
