GoogleAmy, Jenny and Maisie were exceptional and helped our sale go through with a minimum of fuss. They went above and beyond not only for the sale of our property but also to help us solve problems we encountered in the purchase of our future property (from a different estate agent). I don't think our purchase would have completed without their ideas and solutions. I cannot recommend the team enough, they are knowledgable, experienced, courteous and their attention to detail was fantastic.

GoogleI worked as a buyer with Chloe Jagger and she has been exemplary - very communicative and supportive with the process. In the next stages Charlotte Poutney took over to guide me through the survey and contract phase - Charlotte was really responsive and supportive, much appreciated as a first time buyer. Thank you Charlotte. Special thanks also to Amy at the Headingley office who went out of her way to help me on the day of completion when the sellers hadn't handed over the keys by 5pm. Amy gave me her personal number in case anything went awry after hours. Thank you Amy!

GoogleI urge anyone considering buying a property through Pattinson auction to exercise extreme caution. My husband and I successfully bidded for a two bedroom house in Crawley 8, Wheeler Rd, which we paid for 10% non refundable deposit, £15,300 auction fees, and we paid for £6500 legal costs. The company selling the property Bentry Capital Limited is not the registered proprietor of the property at the land registry. Because of this, we were unable to secure the finance to complete the purchase. Keith Pattinson and Bentry Capital Limited have made a big profit at our expense. If anyone is considering purchasing property from Pattinson auction and Bentry Capital Limited to be extremely cautious. The loss of time, energy, and legal costs. The process is fraught with challenges that should be avoided at all costs
