GoogleOliver came to evaluate my house with an aim to put it on the market. He was punctual, professional and went through a well put together presentation with a suggested realistic market price. Maxine was appointed to do the viewings and she did so in a very professional, respectful and considered manner. Jade was then my point of contact on both the sale and purchase of my homes. I also had contact with Michaela and Ammaarah. They were friendly, professional and kept me updated on all aspects of the sale and purchase of the properties. Jade offered advise when I asked for it in person, on the phone or by email. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at the Royton office they have provided me with a fantastic service.

They helped answer many questions about this stressful time and created a smooth transition as is possible. A professional team at a great % selling rate with very quick updates to Rightmove when required. Accurate photographs, good advice on presentation and pricing was very accurate (unlike other unrealistic over-pricing by local competitors). This company are thoroughly recommended. Jo was so positive, keen and seemed genuinely interested in marketing and selling our property for us. She was far and away the best agent we saw!
