GoogleRoss and his team were very helpful in selling our property and manage to do it without even the need to market it other than to clients that they previously had on their books. We managed to sell the property within 8 days at a price which we considered very reasonable. All in all, they offered a great service and were reactive and encouraging whenever approached. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an estate agent within the area. They have a good knowledge of property prices and a history of serving Headington for many years.

GoogleMichael Anthony have recently started managing a rental property on our behalf. We have for the main part, been dealing with Kate and Nick. Both have proved to be very professional with excellent communication skills. They have taken all the stress away from us, sorting out decorators, carpet fitters, electricians and all safety certificates. They found a suitable tenant incredibly quickly, and made the whole process simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend Michael Anthony, and look forward to years of working together.

GoogleMicheal Anthony supported us in buying our first home. We initially attempted to buy a home through them, which ultimately fell through due to the seller but Micheal Anthony were amazing at communicating and trying to obtain updates for us. On our home that we have just brought Micheal Anthony and Andy in particular were amazing! They communicated well with keeping us updated every step of the way, even supporting with visits to the property between exchange of contracts and completion to measure up etc. could not recommend anyone better. GoogleGreat selection of properties and very helpful staff. Punctual, informative, and professional viewings by Tanya at the Aylesbury office, scheduled around what I was able to do. Able to suggest local services for conveyancing etc. and kept me informed and up to date throughout. ~12 weeks between first walking into their offices to kick-off the process, and now moving in to my first home. Surprisingly smooth, all told. Would highly recommend visiting them if you're new to buying and in need of a good starting point.

GoogleOne week after the sale completion of our apartment we can look back and reflect on the service provided by MA. The sales/buying process today has many factors that need addressing but MA were always calm and reassuring when we needed to contact them and guided us through the various layers of legislation required. We wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

GoogleI am so pleased I chose Michael Anthony to sell my mother's house. From our first meeting, when the valuation was carried out, the agent was sympathetic to my mother's feelings about selling her home. I was impressed by the proactivity of all the staff in arranging viewings, keeping me advised about the viewings and following up with the interested parties. It was a quick sale, thanks to the work put in by the staff. Having used a different estate agent in Hemel Hempstead previously for an earlier house sale, by comparison, I can honestly recommend Michael Anthony for their hard work, commitment and enthusiasm.
