GoogleThis company is out to take your money. they do not return deposits and left me in a flooded house for weeks at a time without intervening. dis board was tripping repeatedly so power was not guaranteed. do NOT rent fro mthis company! over and out.

GoogleAn absolute disgrace, Rma will try and defraud you and steal your deposit. Silas Singh lied about having cleaning and repairs done tried to deduct £800 after I paid for a cleaner for a house that was a state when I moved in. He refused to even let me start the deposit dispute process so it took me nearly 4 months to get my deposit back. There are many other reviews stating the same. Avoid Rma at all costs.

GoogleMichael Anthony Estate Agents in Hemel Hempstead were exceptional from start to finish. They took on the sale of my mum’s house after a previous agent had been unsuccessful, and the difference in service was clear immediately. Before the property even went on the market, the entire sales team took the time to visit the house so they could confidently answer any questions from potential buyers, something I’ve never experienced before. Every viewing was accompanied by a member of their team, and the communication throughout was first‑class. We received prompt, clear feedback after each viewing, and they kept us updated at every stage once a buyer was secured. This was our first time using Michael Anthony, and they genuinely exceeded our expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, proactive, and highly effective estate agent in Hemel Hempstead.

GoogleI have used Michael Anthony (Hemel Branch) to sell my last 2 properties. Each time I asked another agent or 2 to also Value my property and explain their service offerings. Both times Michael Anthony came across distinctly superior to the rest. Ian Hart was impeccably professional when attending the Valuation; with extensive knowledge on the current market and advice on how best to pitch my property. Lara, Tom and Charlotte conducted the viewings with exemplary professionalism, and provided me with detailed feedback immediately after each viewing. I have recommended this Branch to several friends, who have had the same experience. I highly recommend them and will undoubtedly be using them again the next time I sell a property.

She went above and beyond managing the chain, proactively chasing other agents and solicitors who were slow to respond or disengaged.
