GooglePhoned in to ask about viewing a property I liked. They asked all the usual questions, and then told me I had to fill out a full tenant application form, employer details, the whole lot. After I sent it back, they told me the landlord doesn’t accept single occupiers. Which, fine, whatever, but I told them that over the phone in the first place. So either they’re on some side mission to collect as much personal info as possible to sell off to scam call centres, or they’re just plain stupid. Neither option is great. I was speaking to Katie Jones, their “Lettings Branch Manager” (if you can believe that). Honestly, you'd expect someone with that title to at least listen to basic information before wasting people’s time. Anyway, best to avoid these mouth breathers altogether.

GooglePositive experience buying a property listed with RMJ. Friendly agents who wanted to progress the move well and assisted in chasing up solicitors either side. Would recommend. Only recommendation would be for agent to know more about property when showing the house due to inconsistency in information throughout the early stages causing confusion and uncertainty. However this was quickly cleared up by manager.

GoogleI had just used the RMJ Walderslade, Kent branch for the purchase of my new property. I dealt mainly with Kendell Larative there and I couldn’t recommend their service enough. From the start of the process to the finish they were great. I had been viewing with other competitors during my search and found them to all lack what RMJ offered. When my time comes to sell I have no doubt in my mind I will be using RMJ. Also thanks for Dallas Harley in assisting at the final stage.
