Ian and the team are really professional and are excellent at guiding you through the whole process. Especially with tricky people who were part of the chain. Ian was particularly good at dealing with them and preventing the stress from getting to us. Tom was great at showing us properties and listened to what we wanted and was patient. From the very beginning with getting our house valued, to having professional photos taken, and right through to the paperwork once sold has been amazing. It wasnt easy in parts but the professionalism and support was fantastic and kept us calm to the end. We cannot thank you enough for helping us sell and move into our next family home.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Michael Anthony Estate Agents in Hemel Hempstead enough for the hard work and dedication that we received in selling our property. Ian Hartley and his team, Tom, Steve and Lara, worked tirelessly to bring our sale to fruition after a very long and somewhat bumpy ride due to difficulties in the chain. If you need someone in your corner you will do extremely well with Ian Hartley he will fight long and hard for you. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and understanding.

Unlike other estate agents, they only take on a certain amount of houses at a time, and this is evident in the time they dedicate to you. GooglePurchased a property listed by Michael Anthony. Their recommendation for a conveyancer was poor and I wish I hadn’t used the one they recommended, also in hindsight as a FTB I’d have asked so many more questions about what the seller is leaving and why. Why they are pushing for a very rushed completion.
