GoogleI used Jo Murgatroyd to help me find my mortgage. A wealth of knowledge and experience from Jo made it stress and hassle free. I would highly recommend her. Also a very positive and bubbly personality which helps when dealing with big financial decisions. Would highly recommend, especially for a first time buyer who is unsure if the process.

GoogleRude and unprofessional, do not know how to speak to people. And are useless.

GoogleWithout a doubt the most disorganised, incompetent, and generally useless company I have ever encountered. To give just a couple of examples: when we first arrived at our property, there was an enormous pile of rubbish outside left by the previous tenants, which took over a month to be removed. In addition, we are currently two months into our tenancy and I am yet to be given curtains or blinds in my downstairs, street-facing bedroom. Save yourself a lot of frustration by avoiding RMA.

GoogleTerrible organisation at this company, cancelled our appointment and didn't tell us! Then when we finally got to view our houses they didn't have the keys. The estate agent didn't help in anyway, and didn't know about the houses we were looking at

GoogleWe had an estate agent turn up with a family for a viewing that Mr Satpal Panesar had failed to notify us for. Also when we rang to book a viewing on a house we wanted to see Mr Panesar rudely asked if we were able to afford the house. They have proven to be very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house
