GoogleAmazing experience with Martin Brookes! Rachael Bonnefemme (lettings Manager) has been a great help as she managed to complete the paperwork and move in process smooth for us. She deserves more than 5 stars as she is very well dedicated to her work, quick responder and very professional! I am glad to be a tenant with them. I would definitely recommend! 👍👍👍

GoogleWow! Mr Ian from Martin Brookes Estate Agents….Made buying a house such a breeze! We was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Mr Ian was professional and personal! He never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer to contracts exchange. This made it really easy to move into our new house in less than 3 month. The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Highly recommend.

GoogleIan Walters from Martin Brookes just completed the sale of my property in Waltham Abbey. Even though he's office is in Edmonton he worked hard and found me a serious buyer. I would strongly recommend Ian Walter's and Martin Brookes due to their amazing customer service and great attitude.

GoogleIan from Martin Brookes was instrumental in our recent house purchase. He was quick to respond to any of the queries that we had and was reassuring when we had doubts that the move would get over the line. Amazing! Can’t thank you enough.

GoogleGreat experience! Ian was our agent, he is amazing. He is very honest and straight to the point. During our buy there were a lot of delays due to the conveyancing teams. Ian went above and beyond to sort out issues that the solicitors should have dealt with. He also took time to talk through and explain anything I didn't quite understand. This was our first time buying a house and I am grateful that we went through that process with Ian. If I could give him a 10* rating I would.

GoogleMartin Brookes- I don’t want to praise this company by sounding to cheesy but they are second to none ! The professionalism, understanding my needs, communication, going above and beyond, reassuring, accommodating…. Need I go on ! As a landlord it can be daunting renting a property to someone you don’t know, but with these guys they sort suitable tenants as though they are renting for themselves. (They should of been a dating agency 😝) Finding you the perfect match. Thank you guys for making the experience smooth sailing, I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends, so I will be expecting commission 🧐 Well done team keep up the good work !

GoogleWe rented a 3 bed property in Edmonton via Martin Brookes. The staff were exceptionally amazing. Rachael and Craig made the process easy and smooth for us. When we hit a road block; Craig particularly went above and beyond to ensure we rented that property. I am so thankful for their top-notch customer service and help from start to completion. I highly recommend Martin Brookes. Many thanks Craig and Rachael.
