Rachael has been absolutely amazing, providing reassurance and keeping me at ease throughout this incredibly stressful time of finding a property. GoogleI just want to publicly say if you’re looking to move out Rachel is your girl! She supported me and my daughter In getting our dream home and I couldn’t be more grateful, can my girl get a promotion or something ? she’s really the best, she’s so understanding so compassionate and really does care about her clients. We was rejected by so many agencies went through hell trying to move out of our old place but she was there the entire way and fought for us. God bless you Rachel I pray you continue in your career journey no weapon formed against you shall prosper!

GoogleIan at martin brookes was great. I recently purchased a 3 bedroom property in enfield via martin brookes, and he was on the ball 100% of the way. During the transaction the covid pandemic fell upon us but Ian made sure to keep in regular contact and push the sale through. If you are looking to buy any houses from martin brookes please ask for Ian Walters to ensure the process is quick and efficient. I am already pestering him to find another house for us to purchase. Update 2023 I like to thank Ian, Rachel and Sara at martin brookes. I recently enquired about a property for rent and they were swift with their referencing and service. Ian is always at hand to answer any questions and put any fears at ease. Definitely recommend.

GoogleI’ve been dealing with Martin Brooke’s for nearly 10 years now. Ian I deal with personally and I couldn’t have asked for a better manager to deal with our queries. He is sufficient, professional and very caring towards both my tenants and myself. If I had 100 properties they would all be let by Martin Brooke’s. Thank you for all your hard work this far
