GoogleSimon Chrismas of Mark Revill and Co recently sold a house for us. He did a really excellent job from beginning to end. Simon was very knowledgeable about the local area, the pricing of comparable houses and he guided us in determining our asking price in relation to this. We were able to sell the house quickly and for close to the asking price. Throughout the sales process, Simon dealt promptly with any issues that arose and went the extra mile in liaising not just with our purchasers, but also with their buyers and also the respective solicitors. This really helped to ensure that the process was as smooth and stress free as possible, and was completed in a timely way enabling our buyers to be in the house in time for Christmas. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon and Mark Revill to others, and am grateful for their expertise and also the courteous way that they dealt with our sale.

We encountered total professionalism and a dedicated personal service throughout. We felt as though the team all believed in our property and would accommodate viewings as and when prospective purchasers were available. Yes, I'm sure you can sell your house online yourself but we tried this and it just didn't work for us. Lost faith in the market for a while until we instructed Mark Revill...a buyer within a few weeks. Thank you all at the Lindfield branch.
