GoogleFrom the start until completion, Jamie at the Lindfield Branch navigated our sale with empathy and professionalism . We were kept informed every step of the way and everything was explained throughout the process. I would not hesitiate to use Mark Reville and Jamie again. I highly recommend their services.

GoogleAvoid Mark Revill & Co in Haywards Heath if you value your sanity, your time, or accurate information. Having recently completed on a purchase through this "agency" the experience was a masterclass in how not to run a business. Information was wrong, late, or simply missing at every turn - details about the property, the chain, and basic progress updates that any competent agent should have at their fingertips. We repeatedly had to go back to our own solicitor to get the actual facts, because what came from the agent couldn't be relied on. Communication was patchy at best; chase them and you might get a reply eventually; don't chase, and you'll hear nothing. For an agency charging the fees they do, on a purchase this size, that's simply not good enough. We got there in the end, no thanks to them. If you're buying or selling in the Haywards Heath area, do yourself a favour and do not use this agent. The stress of a house purchase is bad enough without an incompetent agency adding to it through carelessness and poor service. Never again.

In this particular instance, much of the progress within the chain was dependent on obtaining updates from other parties, and we were reliant on third-party information being provided to us accurately and promptly, before we could pass this on. Unfortunately, obtaining this information and being able to accurately verify was outside of our control, although we appreciate that this would have made little difference to how frustrating it felt from your perspective. We always aim to keep all parties informed with the most up-to-date information available to us, and we're sorry that this did not feel consistent throughout your transaction. Your feedback has been taken on board and will be used to help us continue improving our communication wherever possible. Whilst we're pleased that your purchase ultimately completed, we're sorry that your experience with us did not reflect the standard of service we strive to provide. We wish you every happiness in your new home and thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback.

GoogleMy experience of Mark Revill estate agents overall was very good. We dealt with 3 different agents in our chain and they were by far the most communicative and supportive. Richard, Laura and the team were always happy to listen to my concerns and answer my questions with understanding and empathy. Communication was consistent with regular weekly updates. As the seller and therefore bill payer, I would recommend Richard, Laura and the team in Haywards Heath.

GoogleMark Revill & co showed us round the property on 18/12/25, we explained we had to move very quickly as where we were buying sadly fell through just before exchange, and our chain below could break. Bearing in mind the 2 week shutdown over Christmas/New Year we exchanged yesterday 22/01/26. The staff at Mark Revill couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful, thoroughly recommend this estate agents. Thank you to both Jamies.

Although they were representing the seller, they kept me posted throughout the process and this was absolutely crucial because my solicitor was not communicating effectively and was providing conflicting information. They are all very professional and also very friendly which does help a lot considering how much stress you are going through when buying a property! From Madalina

GoogleWe were impressed by the pitch made to sell our house and weren't disappointed by our choice. We liked the way our house was presented in promotional material and by the professional way that viewings were carried out. We had a small personal issue at one point during the process and this was taken very seriously and dealt with promptly and efficiently. We have been very happy with the level of communication and have felt at all stages of the process that Mark Revill have had our best interests at heart. GoogleMark Revill’s Haywards Heath branch recently sold our property in a somewhat challenging market. Even though we were in a short chain the process was complicated in some areas and, along with time constraints from our seller, proved quite stressful at times. Richard and his team were supportive, reassuring and helpful throughout those nerve-racking weeks leading up to exchange and completion. They did a great job of keeping the train on the tracks.
