We were impressed by the pitch made to sell our house and weren't disappointed by our choice. We liked the way our house was presented in promotional material and by the professional way that viewings were carried out. We had a small personal issue at one point during the process and this was taken very seriously and dealt with promptly and efficiently. We have been very happy with the level of communication and have felt at all stages of the process that Mark Revill have had our best interests at heart. I exchanged on my flat back in November with a lot of help from Liz and the team. Although they were representing the seller, they kept me posted throughout the process and this was absolutely crucial because my solicitor was not communicating effectively and was providing conflicting information. We used Mark Revill back in 2017 to purchase our first home, wonderful service. Used Jamie and the team again recently for another purchase and cannot fault the service. This was my third attempt at purchasing a house (chains collapsing / lack of communication from other agents) but Jamie made the process very easy. I never had to chase and was kept in the loop at every stage of the process. Would highly recommend and can't thank the team enough for a great service (and bottle of champagne on completion!).

Mark Revill & co showed us round the property on 18/12/25, we explained we had to move very quickly as where we were buying sadly fell through just before exchange, and our chain below could break. Bearing in mind the 2 week shutdown over Christmas/New Year we exchanged yesterday 22/01/26.
