GoogleAvoid Mark Revill & Co in Haywards Heath if you value your sanity, your time, or accurate information.
Having recently completed on a purchase through this "agency" the experience was a masterclass in how not to run a business. Information was wrong, late, or simply missing at every turn - details about the property, the chain, and basic progress updates that any competent agent should have at their fingertips. We repeatedly had to go back to our own solicitor to get the actual facts, because what came from the agent couldn't be relied on.
Communication was patchy at best; chase them and you might get a reply eventually; don't chase, and you'll hear nothing. For an agency charging the fees they do, on a purchase this size, that's simply not good enough.
We got there in the end, no thanks to them. If you're buying or selling in the Haywards Heath area, do yourself a favour and do not use this agent. The stress of a house purchase is bad enough without an incompetent agency adding to it through carelessness and poor service. Never again.

When I first got in touch with them, I tasked them with finding us a property to view and decide on in pretty much a week.
They were quick to understand our requirement and get to work to find us a property. The result was that about a week later we offered on the property.
It was not easy getting from offer to exchange and completion for external reasons, but Mark Revill, especially Theresa, were super helpful and were always there at every step of the way with us, making things just a little easier to deal with everytime.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, tailored and very caring service when buying a property. We were really impressed with them.

GoogleHave recently brought a property that was being sold via mark Neville and co. After over a year of trying to move and various sales falling through we had dealt with quite a few estate agents none in which impressed us a great deal until we found the property we've just brought.Every person we had dealings with at mark revill was friendly, polite, professional and just so helpful especially Laura. Laura kept us updated throughout the process, responded to calls and emails quickly and unlike other estate agents returnt calls when she said she would. On a few occasions the general stress of buying and selling began to get to me but a simple phone conversation with Laura quickly reassured me and made me feel more at ease with the situation which a appropriated greatly. I don't feel mark revill is your typical estate agents it felt more like your dealing with friends than strangers. Would truly recommended using this estate agents.

Simon was very knowledgeable about the local area, the pricing of comparable houses and he guided us in determining our asking price in relation to this. We were able to sell the house quickly and for close to the asking price. Throughout the sales process, Simon dealt promptly with any issues that arose and went the extra mile in liaising not just with our purchasers, but also with their buyers and also the respective solicitors.
