GoogleTheresa, Richard and the whole Mark Revill team were supportive, helpful and friendly throughout our sale and purchase journey. Our case wasn’t the easiest with lots of challenges to step through but we were always kept updated with progression even if it wasn’t always the news we hoped to hear. I would 100% recommend Mark Revill and Co to anyone looking for an estate agent. They don’t mess you about or force you to buy into products with affiliated solicitors, mortgage advisers or insurance companies. Theresa is an asset to the company. She always went above and beyond for us and was very sympathetic and compassionate, knowing our family dynamic. The process would have been very different if it wasn’t for her patients and tenacity. We are truly thankful!

They made the entire process as smooth as can be and always kept me in the loop on any developments, as well as answering any questions I had. GoogleHave recently brought a property that was being sold via mark Neville and co. After over a year of trying to move and various sales falling through we had dealt with quite a few estate agents none in which impressed us a great deal until we found the property we've just brought.Every person we had dealings with at mark revill was friendly, polite, professional and just so helpful especially Laura. Laura kept us updated throughout the process, responded to calls and emails quickly and unlike other estate agents returnt calls when she said she would. On a few occasions the general stress of buying and selling began to get to me but a simple phone conversation with Laura quickly reassured me and made me feel more at ease with the situation which a appropriated greatly. I don't feel mark revill is your typical estate agents it felt more like your dealing with friends than strangers. Would truly recommended using this estate agents.

GoogleWe used Mark Revill back in 2017 to purchase our first home, wonderful service. Used Jamie and the team again recently for another purchase and cannot fault the service. This was my third attempt at purchasing a house (chains collapsing / lack of communication from other agents) but Jamie made the process very easy. I never had to chase and was kept in the loop at every stage of the process. Would highly recommend and can't thank the team enough for a great service (and bottle of champagne on completion!).
