GoogleEver since Emma took over the Devonshire House as the Property Manager, things have been much more organised, long term maintenance issues were identified and resolved, and the communication with tennants have improved significantly with proper reasoning and transparency provided when required. I thank Emma and the team at Loc8me Loughborough for these efforts!

GoogleLoc8me recently took over the Bywater house property in Birmingham. Initially, it was very difficult as there was no point of contact and also a massive problem with heating system in the building. I was very close to terminating my contract, the former property manager was not very helpful, was off most of the time and mainly very rude when it came to maintenance issues. She was always unreachable and never really seemed to care about what’s was going on in this property. However things changed drastically since Emma Rogers Dutton started. She is very forthcoming and it feels like talking to a friend. I have seen massive changes in the property management and also have decided to extend my contract for the next academic year. Thanks a lot Emma!

GoogleI did a viewing at graduation house on Thursday 29th February. My viewing was with Amy who was very friendly and kind. She showed me around the accommodation which was very beautiful and gave me a very detailed tour around the place. I had another viewing with Amy and a lady called Charlotte on the 6th of March at Forster street. Again they were both really friendly and kind and showed me around the accommodation. The tour was detailed and they answered all questions that I had☺️☺️

GoogleThis review is for my property manager, Emma Rogers-Dutton. Unfortunately, there was a pipe burst in my building due to a sewage backup which caused flooding in my floor’s hallway and flats (including mine). Emma has been there to help us from the very first night, coming to our site just after one phone call. She arranged us hotel rooms, food vouchers for our stay and contents insurance for personal belongings that were damaged during the flood. Emma gave daily updates for each stage regarding the conditions of our room, and made sure that we returned once our rooms were professionally cleaned, disinfected and the furniture was updated. Although these unprecedented times were difficult to experience, it’s such a joy working with Emma and receiving her support. I’m so grateful that she’s my property manager, she’s a treasure!
