GoogleThis is honestly the worst agency ever. If you do not want peace of mind, rent from loc8me. Absolutely shitty experience. Made complaint about heater not working, mattress constantly causing back ache, chair that is bad and for over a month, no one has come to check on it.

GoogleThe worst agency I have ever rented with, I honestly can’t believe the experience, it’s rather laughable- please do not rent with loc8me Nottingham !!! They made us move to a warn out flat with no repair, the window in my bedroom was broken and never fixed. The walls were also dirty left with finger prints and all sorts of marks- I had mentioned and took photos out of concern and also for my own deposit towards the end of the tenancy. And they bring contractors who don’t know what they’re doing to the flat at weird times like 8:00pm without letting us know- they come and don’t even do anything because they have no clue why they are here. This happened throughout the tenancy and the most that got fixed after month before leaving was the tv. Their bathrooms have bad plumbing issues that were never addressed despite mentioning it numerous times. They also have mould in some of the rooms they refused to deal with and there are multiple cracks across the room. At the end of the tenancy after chasing down my deposit despite being told every week they will get this sorted, Loc8me nottingham also tried to take some of my deposit to repair damages we had moved into, very very cheeky, they even gave the wrong information to the deposit protections scheme for someone else’s bedroom and unexplained charges, which made it take more than two months to get majority of my money back- they took a £20 because i guess it made them feel better. Appalling and dirty flats, do better and stop playing with your tenants money!!

GoogleDO NOT BOOK WITH LOC8ME! If i could give 0 stars i would, i’ve never seen such an unprofessional and unethical agency especially towards students!!! They take advantage of the vulnerability of students, I was supposed to move into one of their accommodations but after they added me to the residents whatsapp group chat and i’ve seen the disgusting state they live in and how the manager acts on it ( they don’t) and the amount of times people complain and how long it takes for maintenance to fix things, I had asked for my contract to be terminated. One of the letting agents, Molly has been nothing but rude, disrespectful and they all don’t know about each other they all say different things to me Molly had said there will be a “name fee change” on the tenancy release documents even though they are changing that “contract” on word themselves and one of her colleagues had said my deposit will be refunded in full as i’ve never moved in. Another time I had to call them because they were harassing me with emails and messages with links to make a payment of £2,346 upfront for the first instalment of rent EVEN AFTER I WAS RELEASED FROM MY CONTRACT, they were speaking over me on the phone not letting me explain what the issue was and just overall extremely rude. They continued to send me notifications to make payments for WEEKS after i had signed the deed of contract. A whole mess, 0 communication and unprofessional. I strongly recommend to not book anything through this agency.

GoogleWaste of time. Very slow at getting things done. Was promised a shed key for my bike.. didn’t get it until my bike was stolen from the garden. The deposit is a scam and is just used to take money from you, and is definitely not protected in anyway. Also, definitely don’t go all inclusive on bills. We saved thousands by doing bills ourselves. Unlucky scammers.

GoogleIf I could have put no stars I would I don’t know about the rest of the locations but whatever you do don’t get accommodation with them in Nottingham it was meant to be newly build in the two years I lived their, they was endless water damage, washing machines breaking and not being fixed for month, hoover broken and never fixed and now they want to take my deposit. Honestly the worst student accommodation I have ever been in. Avoid

GoogleI've recently been dealing with Rik, Joe and James at Loc8 Loughborough and they have all been great! As a landlord I've been looking for agents who are responsive and also responsible and these guys are all over both. When there are maintenance issues they deal with them promptly and efficiently, often getting quotes from a couple of contractors or multiple options. Not only repairing the issues but also thinking about the longevity of the repairs and futureproofing. Thanks guys, looking forward to working with you further!

GoogleOne of the worst experiences I've had so far. The maintenance system is a complete joke. I've been sleeping in a broken bed for 11 months and have gotten injuries. All they could respond was by saying sorry. Im not sure about the other landlords. But the one here is absolute worse. If you decide to make a stand by not paying rent until the maintenance is done. They just threaten to call your guarantor. I don't want you apologies . I want compensation

GoogleDrains were blocked causing an insufferable smell making the house inhibitable. This was quickly seen to by our fast acting house manager Rik accompanied by his apprentice Izzy. They saved the day and we can now live happily ever after thanks to them
