GoogleLoc8me were really helpful in finding me a house, I have lived with them for two years now and I've really enjoyed my experience. Very quick to respond to maintenance and always willing. The lettings team were quick to find me the perfect house while the property managers are always on hand to help with any queries! Thanks guys

GoogleLoc8me have always been great throughout my time at university. I've only ever heard good things from my friends too. The way the office is set up is fantastic, split up with property managers and letting agents. From my first experience with them until now it has been smooth sailing and everyone has been so so helpful with everything from signing the contract to dealing with maintenance issues that can arise in any house. I would recommend loc8me to anybody in Loughborough looking for accommodation, either student or locals. The best agency by far and would give them more than 5 stars if i could.

GoogleDid not have a good experience with this company. We had multiple issues with the house such as no heating and no hot water as well as problems with electrical supplies. When reported it took a long time for them to be resolved. We were also charged for the heating to be fixed and when we asked why there was no justification. Our deposits have been taken and when questioned about it they have not responded. They are charging us for repairs on the house that we’re not cause because of us but instead due to the fact the construction on the house was rushed. Don’t live with locate me.

GoogleCompanies a joke, they don’t care about anything other than taking your money. Ive had countless problems with this company and it takes them months to get it sorted. If I could give 0 stars I would, Avoid at all costs

GoogleWe have lived with Loc8me this year and have found them very accommodating. They are quick to respond to any maintenance issues and our property manager, Siobhan Stretton, is friendly and always available when required.

GoogleDREADFUL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Had a terrible year renting with loc8me, would give 0 stars if i could. The following are some of the main issues we encountered (there was not enough space to list them all)... Staff were rude, repairs took forever, they gave workmen a key and told them they could let themselves into our hours even though we stressed numerous times that we did not give consent for this to happen. Had one member of staff illegally enter the property in order to try and argue with one of my house mates. Additionally, they tried to blackmail us threatening to email our guarantors regarding drugs in the property (none were ever seen/found) when we refused to pay for scrapes on a toilet cistern lid that we had not caused. Then at the end of the tenancy they tried to keep the £750 deposit and bill us an additional £500, when we asked for invoices and receipts they suddenly removed over £500 for various 'admin errors' on their side. Been an absolute joke of a year, i have not enjoyed my time with loc8me, i will not be renting with them again and i strongly recommend others to look elsewhere. Additionally, several of their 5 star reviews on google are written by their own staff (highly illegal). For example, here are some written by Siobhan Stretton (see photos attached) claiming that she is a student apparently renting at four different loc8me locations across the country at one time, when she in fact she actually works there (see final image, a screenshot from their website)

GoogleFab experience living with loc8 me, any problems were dealt with efficiently, quickly and to the best of standards. And the price was so cheap! If I didn't have a family home now I'd still be renting through them!

GoogleI had a great experience from start to finish with loc8me. Sophie was extremely helpful, I had never rented before and she took the time to explain the process and made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. Sophie was very professional, but her bright personality made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have seen that there have been some negative reviews on loc8me however i can say that we have had a great experience with them. From our first enquiry through to letting our house they have been helpful. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

GoogleIf there was an option to select NO star...It would have been selected. What an embarrassment and shambles of a business. From rude, manipulative staff, to a house without heating in the coldest months of winter, a gas leak, windows unable to close, bug infestations and WAY more. i do NOT recommend LOC8 ME even to those desperate for a house. Please go elsewhere & do not give your money to this money hungry company.

GoogleHad nothing but issues with them, would give zero stars if possible. started with them lying about what was included in the tenancy, unacceptable. Any questions we had they told us to contact elsewhere. They never turned up for arranged viewings, however after asking them to arrange one for a different time as i was ill in bed they turned up and let themselves in anyway. They have since lied again and complained to our landlord about multiple untrue things as reasons for why the property has not yet been rented for next year yet; one of which being we “complain about maintenance issues constantly” despite us actually never having any maintenance issues so have not contacted them at all! Absolutely ridiculous, please dont bother renting with them. Also, a lot of the high reviews on here are actually from their own staff... yet more lies.

GoogleVery slow company not attentive at all. They tried charging us for all of our bills when in our contract it was stated they are all inclusive. We have also been waiting for our deposit to come back. We have been waiting now for 3 weeks when we were specifically told it would only take 2. If I could give anyone any advice, it would be to not go through this company.

GoogleDon't bother. From experience, loc8me will not help you with any issues regarding your own quality of life in one of their properties. However, when the same issue begins to cause damage to the property, they will be over to sort it out in a flash. Long story short, they care only for their properties and not for their tenants. On top of this, come the end of your tenancy, they will try their hardest to justify why they're taking so much of your deposit. Pointing the finger at the tenants for pre-existing issues that need sorting, rather than spending their own cash to look after their properties. No wonder the owner drives a Lambo! Edit: as you can probably see, most of the 5 star reviews are fabricated, some are posted more than once by different accounts, and very few are by students! Looks like they have got their own staff to leave good reviews, as well as paying for fake ones. Most of the 5 star reviews were made by stock photos of middle aged men with no other reviews! 😂

GoogleThe girls on the front desk in the office on Ashby Square are great, Siobhan and Evie always smiling! Jess was great on our viewing and was very knowledgable about the houses and the areas to suit us. She helped explain our tenancy agreement when we werent sure on certain things.

Googlethis is the 3rd time that i have lived with loc8me and i have always had great experiences. the office staff are always really helpful and happy and have always helped with any issues that might of occurred. always had a great service from the maintenance team who seem very knowledgeable and very proficient.
