GoogleVery slow company not attentive at all. They tried charging us for all of our bills when in our contract it was stated they are all inclusive. We have also been waiting for our deposit to come back. We have been waiting now for 3 weeks when we were specifically told it would only take 2. If I could give anyone any advice, it would be to not go through this company.

GoogleDon't bother. From experience, loc8me will not help you with any issues regarding your own quality of life in one of their properties. However, when the same issue begins to cause damage to the property, they will be over to sort it out in a flash. Long story short, they care only for their properties and not for their tenants. On top of this, come the end of your tenancy, they will try their hardest to justify why they're taking so much of your deposit. Pointing the finger at the tenants for pre-existing issues that need sorting, rather than spending their own cash to look after their properties. No wonder the owner drives a Lambo! Edit: as you can probably see, most of the 5 star reviews are fabricated, some are posted more than once by different accounts, and very few are by students! Looks like they have got their own staff to leave good reviews, as well as paying for fake ones. Most of the 5 star reviews were made by stock photos of middle aged men with no other reviews! 😂

GoogleThe girls on the front desk in the office on Ashby Square are great, Siobhan and Evie always smiling! Jess was great on our viewing and was very knowledgable about the houses and the areas to suit us. She helped explain our tenancy agreement when we werent sure on certain things.

Googlethis is the 3rd time that i have lived with loc8me and i have always had great experiences. the office staff are always really helpful and happy and have always helped with any issues that might of occurred. always had a great service from the maintenance team who seem very knowledgeable and very proficient.

GoogleAwful! Two seperate agents lied on viewings and sneakily left the things they promised out of the tenancy agreement. Were wrong with the description of the property. Provided no inventory. Property is not in perfect condition - was still uncleaned when we moved in. Rats got into the property and no one helped sort it - all down to us and took over a month. Moreover, after telling them some viewings were at inconvenient times, they still turn up and sometimes dont even knock. They just enter your property without permission! Disgraceful. Hidden fees and very high deposit. Loc8me are the worst letting company I have ever heard of let alone let with myself. No care at all for their tenants and only care for taking your money and personalising all their fancy cars.

GoogleWe asked loc8me to replace broken chairs in our kitchen, 6 months into our tenancy they still have not at least attempted to fix or replace these. They also don't seem to care about anything unless they want something from you. All my friends who live with them also have the same issue. Only positive thing to say about them is the social events they put on & Ethan our property manager who is probably the most helpful one there!

GoogleThey're great when you're trying to find a property. They're ok when you need repairs. But they will charge you for all damages a property has when you left, even if the property was in a poor state when you moved in. Make sure you let them know about all the damages you find so you have evidence. They take videos but take your own too.

GoogleFree drinks. Don't expect them to repair any problems with your house though, my bed has been broken for a whole year since before I moved in.
