We were searching for a while to find a 7 bed student property and we found our perfect lease with loc8me. Fern showed us around the house and was so happy to answer the many questions we had. Loc8me really made the process as smooth as it could be in this uncertain time and accommodated all our needs. I would highly recommend :)

We're moving from abroad to Leicester with our dogs. Finding a pet friendly house isn't very easy, it's seriously complicated! Fern was so incredibly friendly and ready to help that I was so surprised! Definitely a very good landlord! Thank you again so much for your time and kindness :)

Raffaele has been an amazing property manager and have adapted to the market here in Leicester offering newly renovated houses for great student prices. I would definitely recommend her and the agency for students renting in Leicester.
