Even though the staff are nice and friendly at first you will realize they are unprofessional, don't know how to work and lazy. If you ever have to deal with them make sure to take pictures of everything when you move in if you ever want to get your deposit back.

a very calm experience, the process for letting our student house was easy with loc8me, and the staff are very helpful and acc nice. fern from loc8me was really understanding and helpful when we had to move from our old property fairly quickly, and made the process stress free for all of us the house itself is so sick, bare modern and had everything included, the best looking student house i’ve probably ever seen and the prices were great. loc8me is probably the first student estate agents i’ve seen that acc care about students, unlike some others 🤨 *(the the one that begins with a d and ends in vers). i’ll leave the rest to your imagination but yeah all in all it’s been a pretty sick experience dealing with loc8me, i’m in my final year but if i DID have to rent another student property it would defo be with loc8me.

They are easily accessible and responded to all my queries in a timely and trustworthy manner. I would especially like to thank Fern, she was so patient and kind towards me. At first they lure you in with attractive propositions and freebies which is great, but as soon as you move in and something goes wrong your on your own, they send people out to fix things but it’s all done to the bare minimum, the houses are finished well but again just done for appearance and don’t stand withstand any day to day use, all before they charge you to replace the poor quality furnishings and decorations. We found ourselves regularly being bullied by unprofessional and lazy agents who would do anything to save themselves money even if it was there fault. Overall I would never use this company ever again!!!!
