GoogleDon't sell Auchinleck/ 20 stanley Road!!! A historical women's coop stablished in 1980s is up for sell... This will destroy the oportunity for others to live in there for a fair rent, and to also create a positive impact within the community. All neighbours are against this! You are helping demolish the work of around 200 women that lived there and helped to build that community. Stop this sell!!!

GoogleI feel shocked and dissapointed that Lindsays would not investigate when the ligitimasy of the sale of 20 Stanley Road was questioned. I feel devastated at the loss of a beautiful and established housing co-op. Established in 1970 and becoming a womens co-op in 1980 this is a tragic loss for the co-operative movement especially when people need community and decent living spaces more than ever. A rushed sale and an unwilingness to wait for investigation by the FCA is dissapointing and unsettling to say the least. Lindsays has demonstrated only an interested in profit and no interest in the community.

GoogleVery little communication from beginning to end, accepted an offer and still awaiting payment even though you have received cheque from the third party, confirmed bank details over the phone on Wednesday 22nd of January and was told that was the injury claim processed to my bank so I would receive within 2 working days, still not received a week later phoned yesterday to be told it hasn’t even been processed yet so yet another delay. Aswell as being told yesterday it would be in my bank immediately or within a few hours, day later still not received! Phoned several times with absolutely no help or confirmation at all. Avoid!!!

Very poor conveyancing service. Took 4 months to do a cash buy, provided very limited advice or guidance through the process. I had to constantly chase them to progress the transaction and push them for a completion date. Worst of all, whilst they said from the outset that they were not the cheapest, twice they raised their prices and there was nothing I could do due to their control. Not recommend this firm. Read two other reviews and they faced the same promblem on raised prices. Refused to do as I asked about keeping my details digitally, to save time, effort and future cost.

GoogleBack in November I was involved in a Car crash that was not my fault, after a few days I had really bad pain in my left shoulder and back neck due to the collision, I was in hospital 3 times and had to attend physio therapy for a good few months because of this. But however my Car insurance referred this matter to Lindsay's Personal Injury solicitors, I was given a women named Gillian Wilson who helped me through the hard times and helped to put my claim forward for compensation for being involved in a 'non fault accident'. after a few months I received a fantastic offer from the other party's insurance which I couldn't refuse or say no to the settlement offer. but other than that it was all thanks to Gillian for helping me to getting the compensation I deserved. Thank you Lindsay's and especially Gillian for everything who I cant thank enough for all her help. Regards. Connor.

Have to agree with the last review. They just want money and couldn't care less. Absolutely useless did nothing and I was passed to a different solicitor every time I had an email. Four different people in four months for £1400.Then they held my property deeds to ransom and said they would send them when they received payment. I paid the first bill on the same day I received it so there was no need for this.

GoogleI had a fall in Edinburgh and spent a week in hospital with a broken hip. I got in touch with Lindsey's to put a claim in against the council, as I live in co durham England I was glad I got solicitor in Scotland. My solicitor was called Sarah Jane skellett she got everything done in no time and got me a great settlement that I didn't expect. Couldn't fault them at all. I would recommend them to anyone .
