Having accepted an offer, Alex took over to deal with the conveyancing, again, great communication and timely advice. Adam Gardiner - Senior Associate successfully represented my business in a complex commercial dispute recently, and from the outset I was impressed by his intelligent, strategic approach. Rather than generating unnecessary correspondence, Adam kept everything clear, factual and focused on what actually mattered. That not only made the process much easier to deal with, but also helped keep my legal costs under control. Throughout the case, his legal advice was precise, his judgement was excellent, and his communication was always clear and well organised. I also really appreciated the regular fee updates, so there were never any surprises. If you're looking for a solicitor who is knowledgeable, pragmatic and genuinely focused on achieving the best outcome for their client, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam. GoogleI switched to Lindsay’s a month into our sale and found their professionalism and communication excellent. They’ve been proactive and ahead of everything from the get go. Both Tracey Nicoll (sales) and Reena Koli (comms) made an excellent team and having someone solely dedicated to communication updates meant we stayed informed and had proactive suggestions / reassurance on every call, message and /or email. Having used two agents previously, I found their level of service to be excellent and I’d highly recommend. We no doubt went their biggest sale but they certainly didn’t make it feel like that. She kept me informed every step of the way, sharing what was happening now and next, and provided a consistently high level of service, making what could have been a stressful time easier. I felt in safe hands throughout and am very grateful for all of Lisa's work and would recommend her and the team at Lindsays.

GoogleI feel that I need to share this review of Lindsays. I had a very difficult Legal Rights claim to deal with and was not really getting anywhere with the solicitor's that were handling the estate that I was making my legal rights claim from. After approximately a year, I realised that it would probably never move forward in my favour in relation to getting my entitlement and claim settled. I was fortunate enough to contact Lindsays, explain my situation to a lady by the name of Lauren McGhie who is one of their Senior Associates and she took my claim on. Lauren, along with her colleague Philippa Abernethy, a very knowledgeable lady in this type of law, resolved my claim with the "other" solicitors and I have just received my full entitlement in regard to my legal rights claim. I can not thank these 2 very professional ladies enough for their input, knowledge, attention (I was always updated with proceedings) and general commitment to getting this over the line for me. I really can't speak highly of them enough. Many thanks Lauren & Philippa. I would highly recommend them. 5 stars from me !!

GoogleI have just sold my house with lindsays and they couldn't have made it easier. Reena the estate agent was lovely and very good at keeping us updated as was the rest of the team. Kirsty, the solicitor was extremely competent and continues to keep us updated throughout her annual leave and days off! Tracy was also excellent. I wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service from start to finish with Lindays after my car crash i was in, from the defender making it difficult to payout and delaying everything for us Lindsays stayed in touch they kept fighting there corner and in the end got the result we were lookin for, big thanks you to Michelle, Samantha and Zoe from the Lindsays team much appreciated and highly recommended!
