TrustpilotErnie Boath (Private Client) POA work
Ernie Boath (Dundee Private Client Partner) provided excellent advice on a Power Of Attorney. Work was performed very efficiently, and client service was friendly and clear. Fee arrangements were transparent up front, and offered value for money. Recommended.

I was involved in a car accident nearly 2 years ago, which I was not at fault for. Lyndsays solicitors were instructed through my insurance to represent my side and Jamie McGill was my case handler, he was very professional, patient and understanding. I never felt that I was being pressured, ignored or misdirected in any of the proceedings.

TrustpilotEasy first home buying experience
Kirstie at Lindsays was our solicitor for buying our first home. Most of the communication for this was online but Kirstie was always on it! She was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. The whole buying process was much smoother than we expected and not very stressful at all, even though we thought it would be. We would be likely to choose Lindsays for other services in the future and would recommend Kirstie.

GoogleExcellent Service in dealing with estate and funeral arrangements. Avril Grieg and Callum Kennedy dealt with everything professionally and efficiently taking away all the stress and complexity at a tough time. As well as this, the whole team sorting the property sale were excellent, especially Joanna Saigeon, Heather Archibald and Nicola Scott.

GoogleClare was extremely helpful in enabling me to complete a " certificat de vie" to access my French pension..and she understands French perfectly as well.

GoogleThe quality of the work was excellent in the preparation of Wills for me and my wife. A little frustration at times trying to contact Nicole Noble, but this most likely tells us that the very good people are the very busy people and one has to accept being one of many live clients!

GoogleThanks for helping us sell our flat! We have an excellent level of service, from the very beginning when Nikki visited our flat, Heather, who helped to market it and Sally, who completed conveyancing. They were all easily contactable, responded to our questions and supported us to make decisions when initially we struggled to sell our flat. The only issue I had was with the home report, but this is a separate company. The surveyor told me everything was fine, but the home report then contained a number of issues which were not discussed, and the report was clearly and copy and copy-and-paste job, as it made reference to 'our second-floor flat', we live on the ground floor, and the second-floor flat was marketed by a different company a few months previously. Lyndseys however, were great, therefore I have given them a 5star rating.

GoogleLindsay's were wonderful to work with from the initial meeting with Maurice who really impressed us with his knowledge of the area and the team he had in place. Everything was very professional: - The fantastic photos they took of the property to show it in its best light. - Advice from Maurice was always spot on in terms of valuations and being in touch with the current market. - Friendly correspondence with their staff - Alison who coordinated viewings and negotiations and the conveyancing team Eilidh and Kirsty who completed the legal work on a property that hadn't changed hands in over 40 years. We so appreciated everything they did. I'm so glad we went with Lindsays.

Everyone in the team was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the process from the initial meetings with Tracy. GoogleI was pleased with the estate agency services provided by Lindsays. The initial contact with Tracy gave us great pointers on presentation and pricing of the property. Then the service provided by Reena, our point of contact, and the rest of the team including Una, Gemma, Roberta, Alison and Heather who kept us up to date on viewings, feedback and developments. Useful advice on the selling process and prompt response to queries. Thank you.
