My experience with Linden Homes and their recommended solicitors, Davison’s Law, has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I paid a £1,000 reservation fee and another £500 for the solicitors, expecting a smooth and transparent process. Instead, I was met with confusion, stress, and a total lack of clear communication.

We haven’t purchased a property yet but have been viewing a plot at Blue Birch Fields. Rhodri has been supporting us throughout the process and has kick started the part exchange process for us. Rhodri is knowledgable, friendly and never pushy and has been a pleasure. Even if we don’t purchase this property we have received a good first impression and would definitely consider purchasing a property in the future!
