Damien took care in showing us around a part built property, a fully completed property and an established part of the development. All completed in a relaxed manner. Didn't feel rushed and was allowed to absorb the detail of everything. Any queries we had were fully answered. If you are considering a new build in Ely then the development is well worth considering. Damien made the viewing experience easy.

It happened quickly on a very busy road, communication was difficult, and it just felt like a rushed "hello and goodbye" moment. I didn't expect flowers or champagne, but picking up the keys to your new home should be a special moment, and it felt really weak.

Just be really careful buying a Linden Homes house. Nearly 9 years since we moved in and our estate still has unadopted roads as Linden have not done the handover to the council. We have drains with rubble in, moss and vegetation growing at the kerbside, loose manhole covers on roads, unresolved drainage issues and cracks in tarmac and concrete. Linden simply doesn't want to know as we've asked them time after time about handover to the council so we can have someone maintaining the roads and paths.
