We purchased Plot at the Hatters Chase, Sandymoor development. We were recently informed of structural defects (after 3yrs) in our property, that require us to vacate our home for 6 weeks or more, so remedial works can commence.

Just be really careful buying a Linden Homes house. Nearly 9 years since we moved in and our estate still has unadopted roads as Linden have not done the handover to the council. We have drains with rubble in, moss and vegetation growing at the kerbside, loose manhole covers on roads, unresolved drainage issues and cracks in tarmac and concrete. Linden simply doesn't want to know as we've asked them time after time about handover to the council so we can have someone maintaining the roads and paths.
