GoogleI am a first-time home buyer and a new immigrant, so I am not very clear about the procedures of buying a home. There is a staff called james, he is very enthusiastic to help and answer questions. Whether it is pre-purchase or after-sales service, he is very patient to answer. Highly recommended to use their services.

They have a competent and caring team who kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, Oli in particular was fantastic and answered all our questions no matter how big or small. GoogleMy husband and I chose to instruct Lextons Hove based on their very good reviews online. Lextons has not disappointed! From the start, James Pepper was on hand with his expert advice, professionalism and enthusiasm. Any queries were dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner with regular updates on the progress of our sale via e-mails, texts and calls. Not living at the flat we were selling, we felt safe in the knowledge that all viewings were handled expertly and responsibly in our absence. A big thank you too to the rest of Lextons team - always maintaining a friendly and courteous approach at times when stress levels were running high. Whether selling or buying, we highly recommend Lextons Hove & Brighton!

GoogleI am a first time buyer and I am very happy with the service provided so far by Freddie! I First meet him when I went for a viewing and he was very nice and professional. He let me and my mother who came to view the flat with me, take as much time we needed to look at the property and then he explained everything clearly, in an approachable and easy way. Ive never had any experience with the process of purchasing a flat before so he made sure to explain the whole process in a very understanding way. His reassure gave me the confidence to then move forward. The whole process of getting an offer out there happened very fast and I am so grateful! Once it was acepten I was also directed in the right direction to get the ball rolling. I just coudnt be more grateful to Freddie and the team at Lextons! I highly recommend Lextons if you’re looking to buy here in Brighton!!

GoogleHave been liaising with Freddie from Lexton in my search for a property to live in. I have been most impressed with the service. I have been specifically looking into a property which had a short lease and complex set of challenges attached to the freehold. Freddie has been extremely helpful in keeping me up to date with information about the property and selling process. He has promptly responded to all my requests for information and been candid and professional throughout. Although I was not successful in purchasing the property I feel reassured by the process that supported me. Highly recommend.
