GoogleWish I could give this 0 stars absolutely awful. Took advantage of my mother and let her house out to people who ruined it by running dog breeding in the house and overcharged for cleaning which they took from the rent and still looked filthy. Please don't use this letting agency
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Hi Stephen As outlined in our response to your mother's poor review below, Sales & Lettings Angels were not at fault under any circumstances. You can see below we explained that the 5 complaints your mother had previously made were investigated initially by ourselves following our Complaints Handling Procedure and then escalated to The Property Redress Scheme. After The Property Redress Scheme comprehensively independently investigated the 5 points your mother raised they ruled in Sales & Lettings Angels favour on ALL counts and did not award your mother any of the money she had claimed as The Property Redress Scheme confirmed that no fault at all lay with Sales & Lettings Angels. If you require any further information from us, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kindest regards The Angels

GoogleAppalling communication and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Treats both tenants and landlords with disrespect. If I could give zero stars I would. Shocking. Wouldn't believe any recent positive Google reviews, as these are clearly written by staff! I hope Google notices.
Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Dear Andrew, I can not find any evidence that you have ever had any dealings with our agency. Please could you confirm whether you believe you were a tenant or indeed a landlord to have based your review from so that we can investigate. Kindest regards Kelly - Managing Director
