GoogleJamie was super helpful, got my moved in date mixed up and he still accommodated me and got me moved in the day before. Despite being self-employed they ensured I had all the documents need to get approved. Tom did a catch up call to make sure everything was ok !

GoogleI had a great experience with Connie from Let It, Kettering, I logged an issue with our toilet at 1 pm and it was fixed by 4 pm the same day. I have rented for a few years, and I am used to waiting weeks and having to constantly chase to get things fixed so this was a breath of fresh air and shows how agents should work with tenants.

Sarina carried out a most welcoming, helpful, and polite signing appointment. Connie has been wonderful with maintenance and has been most helpful and very prompt!

GoogleWe have been very impressed with Let it! at Kettering as tenants of a property, our relationship with this letting agent has been totally positive. They have been professional in their approach to dealing with us as prospective new tenants from the time of our first contact with them through to us moving in to the property and beyond. They also have a great support network thanks to their excellent maintenance team who quickly responded to unforseen issues after we moved in.

GoogleI let my elderly mother’s property through Let It. We are total novices only having this one property and never being landlords previously. We live at a distance from the property and so don’t visit it at all. The Let It team have made everything incredibly easy, and have just found the second set of tenants for us, I would say that communication with me is fantastic, they always keep me informed and check with me before anything happens. I receive regular photographs and written reports regarding the condition of the property, updates about any maintenance work, competitive quotes for work which is all quickly sorted through their network of contractors, and great advice about the rental rate I should be asking for, and which tenants to go for. Let It staff are all very approachable, helpful and professional. I trust them totally with mum’s property and would recommend them to my friends,

GoogleWe were Let it tenants for nearly 5 years. Had a really good experience as when ever anything needed to be fixed, let it reacted straight away. When we were moving out Blanka helped us a lot and was very understanding. We were renting for 10 years and out off all the agencies we have been dealing with, Let it was the best!

GoogleReally professional people. I lived in one of 'Let it' property for more than six years and found them very helping and fair. They resolved every query with immediate response and helpful manner. I would recommend them as its hard now a days to find such people. :)

GoogleOne star is generous. Please avoid this agency at all costs. Worst agency i have ever dealt with by far. If you absolutely have no other options, make sure you take pictures of everything that's broken when you move in, THEY WILL try to charge you for everything at the end of your tenancy. Failing to send contractors to fix broken things and when they do show up, they do a poor job .. Money coming out of your pocket for repairs because they refuse to do them. Glenn is also very rude whenever you approach him with an issue, giving you sassy answers like "there's nothing wrong with .. " or "try a thicker curtain for that draft from the window" . HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS AGENCY

GoogleI rented a house from here for 10 months and I have to say they're one of the best agencies I've used. The are friendly and extremely helpful. Our boiler had issues in the winter meaning our heating wasn't working and they were quick to provide with heaters to use while we waited for the boiler to be repaired. Our final handover was easy and we received our deposit back within a week. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a rental property.

GoogleReading previous reviews it seems to be a common theme with this agency attempting to scam tenants deposits. We left the property we moved out of immaculate after professional cleaning, and was still billed £110 for would be classed as minimal wear and tear and a further £150 to remove branches from tree in the back garden! I reiterate the opinions of Glenn being rude, sent many threatening emails and even throw our possessions away after entering the property before the lease was up! (Which is illegal) refer to - Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 I would advise to avoid this agency, as they are clearly just chancers with no experience with how to deal with letting properties.
