GoogleAs landlords we switched to “Let it” over a year ago as we were very unhappy with our existing agent. “Let it” have been a completely different story! They are efficient, no nonsense, and quick to report any problems that the tenant may have, they are able to give valuable advice and have reliable contractors they can call on for repairs etc. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleLetit have managed my prperty for over 10 years and cant speak highly enough about the Kettering branch. After a succession of bad agents it is so refreshing to find an agent that combine the interests of the tenant and landllord to perfection. Can't thank them all enough for all they do. GoogleWe have been with let it since March 2019, have found the team more than helpful with any maintenance issues, this changed on our last inspection, I raised a couple of outstanding repairs that hadn't been done, Connie is now my go to for any maintenance issues, she went away kept us up to date with any progress and within a couple of weeks they were completed. GoogleNothing being taken seriously I'm still waiting for the repairs to be done and it's taking them almost 8 months now, looks like my ceiling will collapse again yet they send me and email that they will come for the inspection in December Not professional in any way

GoogleWas with let it for over a year, over which we reported multiple issues but never heard anything back. Now we have moved out and they are trying to claim all of our deposit because of these issues that they refused to fix... as well as spiders.... yes they literally sent us a photo of a spider as their reason for why they are not giving our deposit back

GoogleBeen with let it homes for a while now, when I reported things that was needed in the house they USED TO GET IT SORTED, but once your settled in every time I email the agency with a problem they say for me to repair the issue so wait a minute I’m a tenant and the property IS NOT MINE and the agency is asking me to fix something that’s not mine absolutely outrageous and a disgrace yet they are bloody quick to do there inspections and take photos and nothing is done! A load of unprofessional people in this agency they don’t even deserve a star on Google review. I’m sorry to say I’m not with another agency I’m with LET IT HOMES AGENCY IN KETTERING. If that’s the case then that’s your decision.

Dear Paul, I am afraid that you must have the wrong agency. We have checked our current and archived records and there is no record of anyone by the name of Paul Oscar being a tenant of ours. ********************************************************************************************************** Further to your latest comments, this is not something we accept. Moreover, 'Paul Oscar' is not a tenant of Let It Homes. If you are a tenant renting one of our managed properties we obviously cannot respond fairly to your comments if you are hiding behind an assumed name. Furthermore, if you are not prepared to identify yourself we can only assume that your comments have absolutely no credibility.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
