GoogleHad so many poor experiences with agents not properly caring for the property, the tenant, etc. These guys also had a bit of a shaky start but after some personnel changes have done a much better job. Professional and responsive. I’m pleased right now with how they are managing my property.

GoogleOverall a great 12 months tenancy with letit, any maintenance issues were quickly resolved, staff were polite courteous and professional, during checkout there were a few minor issues which Glenn kindly let me resolve and in the end received the entire deposit back. My only comment would be as a new tenant, take photos of everything and anything with the watermark within the pictures the day you move in, the independently produced inventory doesn't fully cover the property as much as maybe it should do , so it's hard to double check and confirm if something isn't quite right during checkout, not a major issue but something worth noting. Thanks again for everything!

GoogleI had been renting from Let It for almost 2 years and they have been really helpful with viewing, moving in and moving out. We met lovely Kelsey for the viewing back in 2021 who showed us around. We met several other agents throughout the tenancy who were very helpful. The viewings were done every 3 months to make sure everything was in order. Checking out was done by Connie, who was very nice and polite. We had to reattend in order to clean some areas that we missed and Connie was very helpful with the process. Overall we are highly satisfied with their service.
